The information provided by the bank states that from April last year to April this year, the insurance company that received the most complaints on compulsory motor insurance issues was Pasha Insurance OJSC.
For information, the Central Bank has compiled a complaint index based on customer complaints. The highest complaint index was also assigned to Pasha Insurance OJSC.
