Prices for imported butter have risen sharply – Prices

Last month, 1,445 tons of butter were imported to Azerbaijan from abroad.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to official data, the average customs value of 1 kilogram of imported butter was $6.96 (11.8 manat).
It should be noted that during the same period last year, 1,022 tons of butter were imported, and the average customs value of 1 kilogram was $5.3 (9 manat).
As can be seen from the published data, the customs value of imported butter has increased by 31% or 2.8 manat over the past year.
It should also be noted that if in January last year the average price of 1 kilogram of imported butter in the country's retail chains was 19.5 manat, and by the end of the year - in December it rose to 22.4 manat.
