Insurance company of Rovnag Abdullayev's son-in-law wins 213 thousand manat tender


Meqa Sığorta OJSC (TIN - 1400143091) has won the tender (Open Competition) held by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

reports that Meqa Sığorta OJSC will provide voluntary health insurance service for the employees of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency.
It is reported that the Innovation and Digital Development Agency will pay Meqa Sığorta 213 thousand 384 manat for an annual voluntary health insurance service for 523 employees.
As can be seen from the disclosed information, the health insurance fee paid to one employee during the year will be 408 manat.
For your information Meqa Sığorta OJSC was registered in 1998. The authorized capital of the OJSC is 23 million manats. One of the largest (19%) shareholders of Meqa Sığorta is Rauf Zeynal oglu Aliyev, son-in-law (husband of the daughter) of the former president of the State Oil Company (SOCAR), Deputy Minister of Economy Rovnag Abdullayev.
Rauf Aliyev, born in 1992, is currently a member of the supervisory board and the main shareholder of Rabitabank OJSC. 40.6% of the bank's shares belong to Rauf Aliyev.
Abdullayev's son-in-law is also the legal representative of Faza Housing Cooperative, Trust Holding LLC and Black Sapphire LLC.
