For the first time in the history of our independence – Khankendi will have income and expenses

Next year, funds from the state budget will be allocated only to 5 regions.
Yeniavaz.com reports that this information was included in the draft law “On the state budget for 2025”.
Next year, funds will be allocated from the central budget to cover local expenses of the following regions:
Jebrail district - 683 thousand manats
Khojaly district - 994 thousand manats
Khojavend district - 1 million 84 thousand manats
Kelbajar district - 1 million 149 thousand manats
Yardymli district - 1 million 377 thousand manats
In addition, next year, 500 thousand manats will be collected in Khankendi city, and all these funds will be directed to local expenses of the city. Next year, funds will not be allocated from the central budget for local expenses of Khankendi city. At the same time, local expenses of the Agdere district will be covered by local revenues and funds from the central budget will not be allocated. Local revenues and expenses of this district will amount to 300 thousand manats.
It should also be noted that next year, for the first time in the history of our independence, revenues and local expenses will be recorded for Khankendi and Agdere districts.
Since local revenues of other cities and districts exceed their local expenses, the remaining funds will be sent to the central budget.
