Yeniavaz.com reports thar among the banks that announced financial statements, the only bank operating at a loss was Bank BTB OJSC.
According to the results of 9 months of the current year, the net loss of Bank BTB OJSC amounted to 493 thousand manats.
It should be noted that Bank BTB OJSC has been operating at a loss for 4 years. Thus, in 2023, the bank's net loss amounted to 2 million 779 thousand manats, in 2022 - 4 million 975 thousand manats, and in 2020 - 9 million 130 thousand manats.
For your information, 74.99% of the shares of Bank BTB JSC belong to Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail gizi, 19.01% to Sadig Rza Ismail oglu, 6% to Makhmudova Tukezban Aga gizi.
It should be noted that Nigar Ismail gizi Mehdiyeva, the main shareholder of Bank BTB, is the daughter-in-law of the former head of the presidential administration, former president of ANAS Ramiz Mehdiyev. Another shareholder of the bank, Sadig Rza Ismail oglu, is her brother.
