In which regions of Azerbaijan do young people live the most and the least?

According to data from the beginning of this year, 2 million 301.5 thousand young people aged 14-29 lived in Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to published official data, over the past 10 years the number of young people has decreased by 392.5 thousand, or 14.6%.
The ratio of young people to the total population has also decreased. If at the beginning of 2015 28.1% of the total population were young people, then at the beginning of this year this figure dropped to 22.6%.
It should be noted that the district with the highest ratio of young people to the total population was Yardimli district. 26.7% of the total population of this district were young people.
The district with the least number of young people is Pirallahi. Only 18.5% of the residents of Pirallahi district are young.
