Emin Agalarov is building another eight-storey building in Baku

The Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Baku under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture has issued a permit to the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Nardaran Invest" for the construction of a residential building on the territory of the "Sea Breeze" recreation area, in the northern part of the village of Nardaran, Sabunchu district of Baku city.
Yeniavaz.com reports citing published official data, the total area of the 8-storey building will be 13,365.86 square meters. In total, the building will have 112 rooms.
For information, several 8-storey residential buildings have been built on the territory of the "Sea Breeze" recreation area.
It should be noted that the residential complex "Sea Breeze" belongs to the People's Artist of Azerbaijan Emin Agalarov. This complex includes villas, apartments, hotels, as well as recreation and entertainment facilities.
