A lawsuit has been filed against "AZZA" CJSC (TIN - 1700348101), the owner of the largest confectionery network in Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit was submitted for consideration to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Gunay Namazova.
The person who filed a lawsuit against "AZZA" CJSC is Safarov Elmar Elman oglu.
It is noted that the lawsuit was filed in connection with disputes under the lease agreement.
For reference, CJSC "AZZA" was registered on 27.12.2004. The legal address of the CJSC with an authorized capital of 7 million 566 thousand 98 manats is located at the address: Nasimi district, Jalil Mammadguluzade, building 102A ("City Point Baku"). The legal representative of the company is Rustam Isa oglu Gerekmezli.
