Well-known chain of restaurants in Baku did not pay rent - Filed a lawsuit

"Anar Food" LLC (TIN 2002723921), a franchise of "Burger King", a well-known restaurant chain in Azerbaijan, has been sued.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit was submitted for consideration to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Ulkar Hasanova.
The claimant against "Anar Food" LLC is "Bakı Plaza Turizm İşlətmələri" LLC (TIN - 9900021091) - the owner of the "Park Bulvar" shopping center.
It is noted that the lawsuit was filed in connection with disputes under the lease agreement.
For information, one of the "Burger King" restaurants in Baku previously worked in the "Park Bulvar" shopping center. At the moment, "Burger King" restaurants have ceased operations. The restaurant's social media accounts have not been updated for a long time, their website does not work.
It should be noted that "Anar Food" LLC, a "Burger King" franchise, was registered on 30.08.2013. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 100 manats is Khatai district, Sabit Orudzhev, building 13, apt. 169. The legal representative of the company is Abbas Mirza Hikmet oglu.
